EASEY HOUSE
The Easey Street house underwent a renovation and addition aimed at accommodating the needs of a growing family. This involved alterations to the front rooms, façade, and roof, along with an extension to accommodate an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The design incorporated large sliding doors to connect the dining area with the garden, while operable skylights were strategically placed to capture the setting sun and create dynamic patterns of light and shadow throughout the year. Additionally, a concealed study behind timber paneling was included to provide a secluded workspace. The extension was constructed using Evissa SIPS panels, meeting high insulation specifications.
