Located on a prominent corner block in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, our project involves the adaptive reuse of an existing office building to accommodate Stanbroke Meats’ new headquarters and their latest restaurant venture, Establishment 203. The new brick façade was designed to complement the adjacent heritage building, maintaining architectural continuity. Meanwhile, the steel-framed glass extension on the second floor introduces a contemporary touch, seamlessly bridging the gap between tradition and modern office buildings found across Ann Street. Our design approach ensures that the building not only respects its historical context but also stands out as a symbol of innovation and elegance within its surroundings.
